• Drafting business plans and various policies, including Corporate Governance and Risk Management Policy, Cybersecurity Policy, Internal Control Policy, Legal Compliance Policy, and Know-Your-Customers (KYC) procedure, and Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Financing of Terrorism Policy. These policies will be carefully reviewed and commented on from a legal and regulatory perspective.
• Procuring applicable licenses or approvals from relevant regulatory authorities for the operation of the cryptocurrency exchange in Malaysia and Labuan.
• Preparing agreements between the client’s company and various service providers, including information technology solution providers, liquidity providers, digital assets and fiat currency external custodians, cyber security providers, and other intermediaries and collaborators, where appropriate.
